'lost songs' is the eighth album by and you will know us by the trail of dead. it was recorded this summer in hanover, germany. the music was partly inspired by the apathy to real world events that has plagued the independent music scene now for over a decade. it was also inspired by artists such as the cure, karp, ros sereysothea, human league, hildegard von bingen, and a few others.
