just when you thought there was nothing else to be had from the saturated, reverb damaged noise-garage american hinterland, francis harold and the holograms come along and blow all the other twee'd up losers out the water. a real cacophonous epiphany here, already captured by the likes of hozac. absolute killer noise washes with growling basslings, drawled vocals from deep within the soul, like the devil's own garage band trapped in a tin shack on a boiling summer's day, slowly suffocating. everything about this band absolutely slays...
