Meanwhile, Back in Communist Russia that band who's debut release 'Indian Ink' was released to much critical acclaim (tho a few lazy buggers said they sound like Arab Strap with a girl), so much so they got a major support slot with Pulp and another with dis-album of the yearers Electrelane. Then they got really high in Peels Festive 50. We also hosted our favourite track from the album 'Morning After Pill' for you to check out.
Anyhoo, since then, things have been happening...
Two russian guitarists have left (some say they had two too many anyway!). Bassist/Dis-scribe/Delinquent, Ollie Russian had this to say: "Pete left for
china and Mark Halloran, one of the bands founder members who will feature on the next album but is no longer a full time member of the band... He may be back one day, perhaps in a producer role but not in the foreseeable future.
We've relocated to sunny Brighton and are currently putting the finishing touches to our next album which will hopefully be released early in the New year on Truck Records."
The Russians have stopped being lazy students, what with finishing their degree's n'all and are playing the following dis-approved shows...
