The process of finding out every last detail about the new LCD Soundsystem record has been somewhat protracted. It seems like, and probably has been, months since we first saw those videos of James Murphy doing his thing in 'The Manshun'.
Finally, we now know the name of the damned album, and what the cover art looks like. I thought this was going to be announced on Monday night, but JM wasn't letting on to Zane Lowe, so I had to wait. Big tease. Still, it's ready now. The follow-up to Sound Of Silver is called This Is Happening and upon the front cover is the Murphman himself, at a jaunty angle, all a bit MySpace.

This Is Happening 'happens' on May 17 through DFA/Virgin in the UK, and 'Drunk Girls' is the first single from't. There's also a few tour dates to accompany it. They are these:
