The Twilight Sad, perhaps Glasgow’s finest purveyors of the big, big music, have announced a handful of new dates for this summer.

The quartet will play the following shows over the next couple of months, including an appearance at FatCat’s 18th birthday party, as well as a Leeds date that remains TBC at the time of writing:

16 Manchester Night and Day

18 Nottingham The Social

* = FatCat’s 18th birthday w/Nina Nastasia, Frightened Rabbit, Silje Nes

Reworked efforts from last album Fourteen Autumns Fifteen Winters (review) will be gathered up with an unreleased track and a cover of ‘Some Things Last a Long Time’ by Daniel Johnston and Jad Fair for release in June - Here, it Never Snowed. Afterwards it Did arriving through FatCat on the 9th.
