The writhing mass of a punk-rock-glam-pop-metal hybrid that is AntiProduct will release the follow-up to its debut album, later in 2002.
The band's website has announced that AntiProduct are considering making their second album a double CD. Frontman Alex Kane explains that the idea is to have "one disc just blown out, balls out, labia flailing AntiProduct Rock and then another disc that people won't even like until they're 28." The record will follow the release in 2000 of 'Consume And Die... The Rest Is All Fun', and will be the first full-length record to feature the band in its current incarnation, since the debut was recorded by Alex with Chris Dale from Sack Trick and Robin Guy from Rachel Stamp.
There are also some plans for the band to collaborate with the Toilet Boys, perhaps on a split single or by writing a song together, and the website even suggests the possibility that Alex Kane will be recording something with Kory Clarke of Warrior Soul, although nothing is confirmed as yet.
Meanwhile, the band continues in its quest to utterly destroy every venue in the United Kingdom:
May 31st - Highbury Garage, London
June 1st - Rock City, Nottingham
June 2nd - Cathouse, Glasgow
