Chesney says: Come and Get It
misterben by Mr Ben January 29th, 2002
It seems likely that Chesney Hawkes' next single will be 'Come and Get It', a Badfinger cover.

'Come and Get It' is one of the many covers which Chesney Hawkes has been performing live alongside his original material at recent shows. News of its release (currently scheduled for April, although these things always change) comes after Chesney's last single, 'Stay Away Baby Jane', entered the charts at Number 74 earlier this month. Many of the star's fans have expressed disappointment at the low chart placing, but the artist himself is more positive, stating on his website: "as I've said in the past, this is the first of a 3 or 4 single schedule from the album. I'm actually quite excited to see my name anywhere in the charts! Thank you so much for all your support on this record."

Chesney continues to tour to promote his new releases, and as gig dates are constantly being added and changed, the most up-to-date information can be found here.
