Graham Hopkins, who replaced original drummer Fyfe Ewing after his departure in 1996, recorded three full-length albums with the band, as well as numerous singles and other sessions. The band's most recent album was last October's 'Shameless', which featured singles 'I Am The Money' and 'Gimme Back My Brain'.
The reasons for Hopkins' departure have not been fully explained, but in all reports the remaining band members stress that the split was amicable, and the comment made on their website that: "THERAPY? themselves plan to bring you all a bigger, better musical experience in 2002" makes it quite clear that this incident signifies neither the end of the band nor any hint of inactivity in the coming year.
