These New Puritans sign with Angular/Domino
TheBoyDeadly by TheBoyDeadly February 15th, 2007

These New Puritans have agreed a joint deal with Angular Recording Co and Domino to release their debut album.

The Southend band, whose recent Now Pluvial EP was released with Angular, will stick with the South London label in the UK, while Domino will release the album internationally.

With recording set to begin in March - a mid-Summer release date is pencilled in - Joe from Angular reacted to DiS:

"Yes, we are proud to announce that we will be working with These New Puritans, and releasing their debut album in the UK. Jack Barnett is a polymath, and one of the greats of our time.

"This band are to 21st century music what Da Vinci was to the Renaissance. A blend of art, science, and edgy invention. Let the good times roll. They are capable of assuming many forms, and we are happy to be their medium."
