Anyway, JC, Corey, Bobby and co. are back with a second LP, to be released on the 22nd August. It's called 'Surgery' and is apparently informed by the works of Phil Spector - Shangri-Las, Ronettes etc. Recorded in sunny Californian, frontman Bobby Hecksher said: “The aim was to create some new rock n’ roll hybrid: sonic space-age doo-wop! I wanted the album to sound bigger, fuller, sicker than before”.
