WIN! Tickets for Dead Kids in London, TONIGHT
Mike_Diver by Mike Diver August 3rd, 2006

DiS has gotten itself all gooey over Dead Kids lately: if we're not giving their 'Dead Wife Pills' single a frankly ace-o-core nine outta ten here, then we're awarding a similar score to their live set, here. Chances are, as inquisitive sorts, you're probably wondering what the fuss is about... Well, now you can find out, by seeing the band in the flesh.

Dead Kids are playing this very evening at London's Islington Bar Academy, alongside Milk Kan, Chikinki and Toy; it's a Club Fandango affair, and further information can be found here. Dead Kids will be on around 9.15, and winners of these here tickets - we've two pairs to give away - can stay for the aftershow party.

All you have to do to win yourself a pair of tickets is e-mail me, now, with your name and a contact telephone number. Please don't enter if you can't make the show, which starts at 7pm and runs 'til 1am. Islington Bar Academy is, perhaps obviously, in Islington - the nearest Tube station is Angel.

The e-mail address you need is mike DOT diver AT drownedinsound DOT com. Please write "I dig Dead Kids" in the subject line. First come, first served.

'Dead Wife Pills', backed by 'X-Rays', is out now on seven-inch through Fierce Panda (click for link). Dead Kids' MySpace site is here.

Good luck!
