I want to put on some weight.
I think...
Only a little bit.
Being skinny doesn't normally bother me, I'm quite happy like that. But I'm pretty sure I've actually lost weight recently, probably because my eating habits have gone a bit rubbish. And it's kinda worried me a bit.
Is there an easy way to do this?
What should I eat?
I want to do it in a reasonably healthy way, so not just 'pies' or 'lard' or 'pies made of lard' please. I still want my arteries.
It's LUNCH soon.
