In olden times this could have been easily solved by my challenging the individual involved to a duel and shooting them in the face at point blank range with a flintlock pistol.

Sadly this is not possible for a number of reasons to do with 21st Century British society and acceptable norms of behaviour therein.

So instead of the satisfaction of seeing a musket ball shatter someone's forehead I am left with a directionless, post modern sort of angst with an online message board my only outlet.

Any suggestions for dealing with bastards in a socially acceptable way?
