I had a brief rummage around but couldn't see a thread/story about it (though someone's mentioned it at the bottom of the feature article comments).

It says here that "The man was detained after he waliked into a police station yesteday and spoke to officers about the attack on Billy Leeson..."

So if he did give himself up presumably not a total and utter cunt, but clearly still quite close...
