I've got this complete bastard on my lower left cheek. It's a number 6- an inoffensive white head that has taken on wart-like proportions, and won't budge thanks to its facade of being part of my face. They're almost as bad as number 3s- painful cowardscum that sit underneath red skin and won't pop satisfactorily.

Any tips?
