My boss just came round and asked if I knew the kick off times for the England group games in the World Cup. If I've got them on my calendar correctly I told him that there is a Saturday game at 1500, a Thursday game at 1800 and a Tuesday game at 2100. Once I'd told him that, he told me that the reason he was asking was because he was going to give everyone time off to watch the games, but that there is no need because the times don't clash with work hours.

If I'd realised that was why he was asking, I'd have told him that the games were all at 1200 on Fridays...
