This is why.

I called her in a bit of a state at half past 8 this morning, after I'd just just come off my bike due to a crash involving a motorbike, a taxi and me around the corner from her house. Not only did she let a fairly well bloodied and slightly shaky keveddy into her house so i could clean up a bit (not something i'd advise generally), she then supplied me with antiseptic cream, cotton pads and tea.

Not only this, but she ALSO found me an A&E ward, accompanied me there, made the wait in reception hugely entertaining and even waited for me while the Green Wing-esque doctor and nurse sewed me up and put a ridiculous bandage on my face.
