US Senate Bill 517 is currently going through Capitol Hill

Basically it's a Bill that allows US companies and Military to expirement with weather control devices or systems (80 are already approved) without any public consultation

I'm surprised that none of the major news agencies are reporting this or are being lobbied by the environmental agencies...

Does anyone else here feel that this is a dangerous course of action? Is the weather to be weaponised? Will the US have the power to 'switch on' a famine or a hurricane?
