there should be rules that people should have to obide by when on the bus.

I should not have to put up with the following:

1) the sight of topless people in the warmth. whether they be male or female.

2) be within earshot of a full on domestic argument.

3) the sight of a parent slapping their child in public to make them be quiet. hitting them will not make them shut up, it will hurt and they will cry (also very annoying)

4) the sight of a parent changing their childs' nappy on the seat next to me. you are 2 minutes away from the bus station, use the facilities there. please.
