just spent 15 minutes on the phone to a man in Bombay from Three who was meant to be upgrading my phone only to tell me at the end that I would have to cancel my original contract, cancel the unwanted insurance and have a NEW number!! I then spent a further 10 minutes telling him I only wanted a sodding upgrade, and I definitely don't want to have to phone two people to cancel stuff and reissue my number to everyone. Fucking hell. He hung up on me in the end coz I turned on the broken record technique 'No I don't want that, please cancel it' 'No I don't want that... '

I hate phone companies, I'm gonna have this lump of a mobile forever.

Three still aren't as bad as BT tho.
