Has anyone on here taken them and do they work ? What are the chances of developing an addiction to them ? Bear in mind that I cannot touch alcohol or drugs because I can't regulate my intake. Are they any good for short term use ?

I have been in the worst suicidal depression of my life for the entire year so far, nonstop, it's getting worse and has become completely unbearable. I've avoided antidepressants until now but need any help I can get.
