i know hotmail's shit, blah blah blah, but why won't it send emails to certain addresses when i'm on my laptop?

it'll send them fine when i'm at work and other computers, but whenever i send an email off my laptop it sends me a message back from "postmaster" saying that it could not be delivered.

can anyone help me, it's really annoying me...
