OK. It's happened again. Napoleon IIIrd is staying at mine this weekend and I've just remembered I can't buy a Hackney Parking pass because my name isn't on the council tax bill and I've no idea where my tenancy agreement is, so I can't prove I live in the borough.

Has anyone got any visitor parking passes for the borough of Hackney?
