that some people only get in touch with you just to enquire if anything has gone wrong in your life

i had a friend i used to work with text me earlier and she asked me a load of questions about how my life is at the moment....and because i said things were going pretty well...she almost seemed put out. like because i was single at the moment, i should be in some morbid state of mind

she then went on to ask about my house and i told her i am having lots of work done and she said 'ooh i bet thats expensive'....'aaah you must be skint'....'i bet your getting fed up with it all'.....basically a load of negative comments!

some friend.....but hey, they wont grind me down!!!!
