Some of you may remember that in May last year I
attempted to do a 32 mile cycle ride through London
for the Stroke Association. I say attempted because
about 15 miles in, in Chiswick, there was a mechanical
problem with the back wheel of my bike (ie it stopped
moving) which resulted in me getting slightly
irritated (understatement), disposing of said bike in
a bin in hammersmith and going home in a SULK.

Well, it's a new year, and it's a new (and very
speedy) bike, and a new 32 mile cycle ride on Sunday
14th May... Go on. Give me your money, and i'll give
it to the Stroke Association for you. After FINISHING
the ride this time... Pictures will be distributed
