I just got this email from a 50 year old surgeon in Italy... He emailed me once saying, 'Yes, you CAN kill'! And I replied 'Thanks'.

Now - I just got this:

"My friend!!!
haven't heard from you in a long time!!! I think more than two days!!!!! What happened????? I have withdrawal symptoms!!!
