i got a lovely flyer type thing at the iLiKETRAiNS gig on thursday for something called 'sound from t'other city' which is happening on the 30th of april at SIX venues around salford (don't worry, its the closest bit of salford to manchester itself, probably a 10 minute slow walk from the city centre).

anyway, the venues include: the black lion pub, the rovers return pub, the mark addy, sacred trinity church (wow! that's like the prettiest little church in the world), the king's arms and the salford arms.

lineup highlights include: david thomas broughton, shut your eyes and you'll burst into flames, day for airstrikes, the kbc, snowfight in the city centre, kong, scarecrows, the maple state and MORE!
