I need help.

I need to have suggestions of vegetarian food which will be nice to eat, but that I can do in small units to be shared out between an unknown number of people. Kinda like a vege buffet, but its fine if some of the stuff is hot...

So far I was going to go with.

-Caesar Salad
-cheese and pineapple on sticks
-pepper and mozarella bruschettas
