I hope you're all well on this VERY EARLY Monday morning... i want my bed.

Anyway, to the point: Some of you may remember that in May last year I attempted to do a 32 mile cycle ride through London for the Stroke Association. I say attempted because about 15 miles in, in Chiswick, there was a mechanical problem with the back wheel of my bike (ie it stopped moving) which resulted in me getting slightly irritated (understatement), disposing of said bike in a bin in hammersmith and going home in a SULK.

Well, it's a new year, and it's a new (and very speedy) bike, and a new 32 mile cycle ride on Sunday 14th May... Go on. Give me your money, and i'll give it to the Stroke Association for you.
