Just before you get into Waterloo East (on the train this is, coming from London Bridge), there's a site they've been doing work on since gawd knows when. Small brick unit in the middle with BIG DAVES GUSSET written under the roof in foot-high chalk. You can't miss it; it's only a dogend's flick from the track. What's the beef with that then? It's been there since 1998.
