Can I just insist right here and now that nobody here ever buys a Dell laptop?

The one I have was supplied to me with a faulty graphics card and had to be sent back immediately. Since it was returned it intermittently overheats and turns itself off.

As with every fucking laptop in existence, the power socket has recently come loose and has somehow fucked my entire computer.

I just finally got through to technical support after three fucking days of trying only to be told they won't fix it because the problem is always the result of "inappropriate customer use". Is it me, or does this problem happen with pretty much any laptop after an unspecified period of time however you use it?

Normally I'm a reasonable person but on this occasion my anger is entirely directed towards the smug shit on the end of the phone line who took so much delight in telling me my warranty has as many fucking caveats in it to render it worthless. I want to punch his face over and over and over until he dies.

Is that bad? Do I need my computer too much?
