I'm applying to Uni for the 2nd time, having dropped out of Chester in November (2nd year)

I'm applying to London Universitys, but not quite sure how to word "I dropped out because Chester is a shit hole and nothing happens there to distract me from getting a decent degree" since I feel like I should mention why I left. Any tips?

I'm just a small bit worried because I was doing combined honours with English & Journalism, but then dropped the latter to do single honours and then dropped out completely. I want to start my 2nd year again just doing English but need to convince I won't just piss off again.

I forgot how tedious this process was.
