someone was saying that charity shops are damaging the sale of high street stores and other small businesses, and the are providing unfair competition and should be taxed more heavily.
one of his examples was - charity bookshops often sell second hand books of nearly new quality for less than half the price of regular shops and that this is unfair.
as someone who volunteers at a charity bookshop, i think this man is a bit a twunt.
