or should they be allowed to say what they want and subsequently have to defend themselves in public, and explain what they have to say?

why should that holocaust-denier man (whose name escapes me) be jailed - when members of the BNP go around spouting just as ridiculous crap?

what makes us 'ignore' them and jail another?
