hi! i have a problem. someone sent me the most serene republic album. it is ace. it automatically played in itunes. this is not ace.

i decided itunes was shit (which it is) and deleted it. now the most serene republic album won't play in windows media player. google has been most unhelpful. is there anything i can download to change the file from m4a to mp3 or whatever it is?

i know i'm thick, but i'm also desperate.
