Itunes is looking very boring to me at the moment. So, 3 questions:

1) Can I download skins for itunes on windows?

2) If 1) is impossible, is there a quick and easy way to transfer about 6000 songs from my itunes to windows media player?

and

3) Is there a better, free media player out there? I've heard Nero but I think it costs english pounds.
