i feel like absolute death (my punishment for drinking strongbow till 1am) and later on i'm going to a 90 minute training session on something i can already do, buttttttttt then i'm off to sheffield to stay with a lady all weekend and we're going to see ryan adams in liverpool.

so really it's all ok.
