green potatoes
so... they're kinda green, and sprouting HARD. [and is it just me that's REALLY repulsed by the potato sprouts on them? it's kinda like finding live creatures on them. i'm really grossed out. i cut them off brutally.]
i want to sautee them in sesame and rapeseed oil with many herbs and spices. and lots of pepper.
will i die?
will peeling off the outside layer of potato til the visibly green stuff has gone, make them safe?
will i die?
