I have tonsillitis and I've been given a sick note thing from my doctor signing me off til wednesday {which is actually my day off anyway...}.

Do I need to post it in or just take it in when I go back? And would I just address it to my manager? And will I still have to phone up on monday and tuesday morning to say I'm not coming in? ARGH! No one's answering the phone at work which is why I'm asking here!

I hate being ill. In the last three days I have eaten: one mini pepperami, half a slice of bread with philidelphia, half a slice of bread with hummous, 2 pieces of salami and half a plate of scrambled eggs with cheese. and a bottle of lucozade. I AM HUNGRY.
