I like Football as much as anyone, more than most probably having played for Arsenal's youth team.

DiS never used to be a football place, people would chastise those who mentioned it. During Euro 2004 we had about three threads during the whole tournament*.

Why then has DiS suddenly become such a hotbed of Football related discussion? On Saturdays there is usually two-three threads...
