Does anyone's office have good air conditioning?

Our office has central heating and air conditioning. The old office only had the air con to keep us warm or cold so I rashly assumed when we moved in that having both would give them a greater climate control.

Au contraire. I sent ANOTHER email yesterday to question why it was so hot on our floor and got the following response:

"We are working on the heating in the building but with the outside temperature up and down it is very difficult. Please bear with us and we will rectify the problem."

What the fuck? How is it that you can easily get the correct temperature in your house using the bare minimum of central heating and a small device called a 'thermostat', yet an office can't regulate the temperature in a 3C range?
