For some reason I've got some serious aching down one side of my back, going round to the ribs. It's really painful whenever I change position, cough or laugh, and I'm a little short of breath at times. I can't think of anything whatsoever that I could have done to cause it, which is what's baffling me. Am I dying slowly?
