Last night in the pub we found out that among us people had great grandparents who - were pirates, cannibals (!), playboy gamblers, POWs, paratroopers, lumberjacks, famous zoologists.....

My grandad was a paratrooper in WWII... my granny was in the WAAF (WAF?!)... i think the irish ones were frickin peasants or something.

has anyone got any interesting relatives?!
