my mum phoned me up today and apparently my computer at home is, instead of starting up, displaying "windows cannot start as (something) file is either missing or corrupt".
i'm still in college, but i'm shitting it at the thought of a night without my computer/DiS.
any ideas for a swift resolution?

(oh, and there's 130gb or so of music on there which i'd quite like not to be deleted..)
