I don't.

If bands did read profiles then they might see my little note saying "bands, please don't try and add me because your probably shit". Just now I got some god-awfull metal band trying to add me. Nowhere on my profile do I give any indication that I like metal.

It's annoying, 'cos I still get slightly excited when I get a 'New Friends Request!'.
