What will be the January Number 1
I do like the period after xmas when all the mid-table labels or majors with dead-in-the-water bands release singles to get them high in the charts as traditional sales are always low atthat time of the year, hence why bands like Deerhoof could probably make Number 3 with little or no effort - sort of the 'Whitetown' effect - what would be your imaginary 'post xmas release' Top 3 to confuse Fern Britton and Harold Lloyd or whatever his name is on TOTP?
