Christmas presents for your mates?

My friend Shane has bought my housemate a prezzie, but they're practically a couple so that's okay. But he also mentioned in passing that he'd seen 'my' present. So now on top of the stress of what to get the girls in my life (mam, nan, girlfriend), I'm thinking I should get Shane something. But if I get Shane something then I should also get my housemates something as well.

So umm yeh, do you buy your friends stuff, and how much do you spend?
