ahh, so im supposed to have broadband for £9.99 a month but free for the first three months after paying £25 at the start of the contract. I get a bill telling me I have nothing to pay then £16.73 is taken out of my account. So I ring up and have to wait for 8 minutes, then the woman tells me that the 16.73 is a month a half in advance. She gets annoyed when I question her maths and tells me I have been notified by email, which I haven't. Someone is gonna call me back. This is bollocks.
