1) What do you all reckon to Abel Xavier's ban? SHould he be allowed to appeal? IS it too harsh or too lenient?

2) After the sacking of Alain Perrin, are teams epecting too much too quickly from their managers. And is it always the managers fault? Cause to be honest, Portsmouth have no players. Mourinho could do shit all with that team.
