Does anyone know much about them?

I'm looking to get some to mess around with and learn how to mix properly, etc (I mean house, hip-hop and stuff, not flipping indie, my nan could do that).

I can't really afford 1210s or anything but I can probably stretch to about £300. I'm looking at numark 1650s, they sound good. Are they?

So, yeah, can anyone offer some advice?
